Each session weaves together a tailored blend of transformational coaching, energy healing and meditation to help you create lasting change.
She Heals - 3 Month Container
In our first session we will spend some time discussing and mapping your goals, any areas of life you’d like to transform, and the areas of your life/mind/body/soul that you would like to heal. Ultimately, this will be a roadmap for the next 3 months. The duration is longer for this session, and we’ll get started with your first energy session as soon as we’ve completed the coaching section of this time together.
First session - 90 mins
Through intuitive energy healing, meditation and transformational coaching, I help you release what no longer belongs to you, reclaim your sense of wholeness, and step fully into your ultimate health, happiness, and the life that your soul is calling you towards.
Our sessions will happen fortnightly via Zoom, lasting 60 miins (aside from the first one). During each session, I will guide you into a deep state of relaxation, so that you can kick back, relax and even nap while I tune into your energy field and channel the healing that is most needed.
Ultimately your body, soul and higher self hold all of the wisdom needed, which I simply translate and connect with this wisdom to provide you with what you most need in each session. At the end of the healing, I will then check in with you and share the insights that came through to further support you on your path.

Our sessions
To support you and your goals after each session I provide either a focus or resource to practice until our next session, which will be tailored to what you most need. This can be anything from a pre-recorded meditation to a breathing exercise or journalling execrcise.
