Heal + Rise
A 3 month container blending coaching, energy healing and psychic insights to help you to heal and transform your life.
1 × 90 minute foundational session, followed by 5 fortnightly 60 minute sessions via Zoom (+ 6 personalised between-session practices)
This one-to-one space allows us to deep-dive into specific areas of healing and work towards specific intentions, allowing the time and space for your mind and body to fully integrate the healing, whilst also establishing new habits and practices.
The container has 3 key elements:
Coaching - This element is mainly incorporated into our first session (which is why it’s longer), when we will deep-dive into your life currently, any tricky areas, pain points, and any areas you might feel stuck. I also want to hear about your hopes for the future, and together we will establish and map out what your unique vision for success/your dream life looks like. I also send a meditation ahead of our first session to help you to tap into this specifically.
Energy healing - Through my energy healing sessions, I work with my psychic abilities and my angel guides to tune into what you most need in every session. This can include anything from clearing energetic blocks to directing healing energies towards specific areas in the energetic and physical body. I also receive helpful guidance from your field, highest self and my own guides which I share with you at the end of each session.
Practices between sessions - After each session I will provide you with a practice based on your goals/areas of healing to help you on your path. These include recorded meditations, breathwork, journaling and mindset practices.
